Okay, get ready for literally the creepiest thing (well, series) to ever hit this blog... No not the documentary title. Keep reading.
As a young professional struggling to figure out what the heck I want to do with my life, while living in probably the most competitive city in the world (wow mouthful.), I really admire any YPs who have a clear vision or passion.
Therefore, I am going to be super creepy and dedicate posts to YPs who are kicking butt at a project, passion, or organization. The reason why this is bringing out the super fan-stalker aspect of me is because they have no idea I am doing this, and with no one reading these posts it makes it even WORSE but I'm going to carry on because I feel like it. My very first post on this blog was essential dedicated to a senior expert, but I want to shine the spotlight on those experts who may not have as much experience, but have a ton of ambition.
The first YP I want to give a shout-out too is a fellow Fulbrighter, Mina. Mina started living in Korea on the same grant as me, but stayed for a few more years to work on a documentary on the lives of single mothers in Korea. Not only is it awesome that Mina is producing this film, but she's also bringing global attention to a serious stigma in South Korea: Single Mothers.
